Q Services Building Maintenance NSW Pty Ltd recognises that it is imperative to protect the public including employees, vendors and all business and community members that we come in contact with. As the incidence of COVID -19 across Australia continues to increase, Q Services has implemented a number of precautionary measurements to reduce the spread of this virus to our staff, customers and business that we undertake work for. The model we will implement is based on guidelines set out by Work Health and Safety (WHS). This will require us to assess any additional risk factors involved in completing any works as specifically related to COVID-19. Action be implemented as outlined below. Additionally, we will be keeping up to date with the latest COVID-19 developments on a daily basis and follow recommendations as they arise. We will take this information from the Australian Government Department of Health website. As the situation currently stands our company protocol will be as follows and will be actioned immediately, - Where ever possible communication will be done through voice and or video conferencing, significantly reducing the amount of face to face interaction required. - All works will be arranged through building managers - We will provide building managers and customer as much notice as reasonably possible prior to arriving onto site. - We will keep current recommended social distancing standards of 1.5 meters. - We will have on hand for all employee’s safety equipment including disposable rubber gloves, disposable masks, disposable antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser. - We will use such equipment as needed depending on each job and follow the instructions/requirements of our customers and property managers. - Any staff members showing signs of illness that could be of potential danger and/or have been suspected of having been in contact with COVID-19 will be refrained from all job sites until it is deemed safe for them to return to work. - In the event that it is necessary to be tested for COVID-19 as per the current guidelines proved by the Australian Government and NSW Health we will comply.
