About Us

Our company has been servicing Corporate and Commercial customers for over 20years. We began as Quick Fix Maintenance in 2001, providing general building maintenance. Our expansion into larger commercial projects has led to the evolution of our branding, and we are now known as Q Services Building Maintenance.

We currently look after maintenance and commercial projects for well over 100 businesses. The majority of our customers are within the Sydney Metropolitan radius, however we cover as far South as Wollongong, west to Penrith and North to the Central Coast. We work in both the corporate and commercial spheres. Our customers range from small business, high profile corporate, large industrial/commercial to government institutions/departments.

We value our customer’s individual requirements and offer a personalised approach. Our operations manager provides a single point of contact, which we find important for continuity, efficiency and customer satisfaction. A Q-Services representatives will be responsible for coordinating any size job from start to finish. From fixing a tap to managing numerous trade professionals.

We are an accredited contractor with Ebix Trade Monitor and CM3, safety is paramount, and we insure this by having the correct processes and procedures in place. Q Services is committed in providing a safe workplace to prevent incidents that could result in personal injury.
